Return Policy
All purchases from Nature Merge are final sale. We do not accept returns. If you have a concern regarding any product, please contact us.
Do you have an exchange policy?
All sales from Nature Merge are final. However, we want to ensure you're happy with your purchase, so we offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us. Please note that we are unable to exchange products bought from third-party retailers.
Where can i expect my package to ship?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours, except for those placed on weekends or holidays. Once packages have left our warehouse, Nature Merge is not responsible for them.

How do product subcriptions work
If you want to make sure you never run out of your favorite products, product subscriptions are the ideal solution! With a subscription, you can customize your delivery schedule, ensuring you always have your essentials when you need them.
I have a product subscription that i need to cancel
Sign in to your account on the Nature Merge website to make changes to your subscription before it ships. All customers will receive a reminder email 3 days prior to the scheduled shipping date.
I have already been charged for my subscription, but i want to cancel it.
Once the subscription has been processed, there is no way for us to edit or cancel your order. All customers will receive an email reminder of the subscription 3 days prior to the ship date so any changes must be made before that date.
I need to modify my subscription, what do i need to do.
Just log into your account on the Nature Merge website and make any changes you need. Be sure to save your updates before the next shipping date.
Pre-order & Out of Stock Items
What is the process for preordering
We greatly appreciate your support as we continue to grow our Nature Merge product line! For each new launch, we offer the option to preorder. Keep in mind that if your order includes any preorder items, the entire shipment will be delayed until those items are available. You can always check the estimated shipping date on the product’s page for more details.
What happens if product is out of stock
At times, certain Nature Merge products may temporarily sell out. We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding. Please be aware that if your order includes an out-of-stock item, the entire shipment will be delayed until that item is available for dispatch
When my preordered items or out of stock items will ship
To get the most current information on shipping for pre-order or out-of-stock items, please refer to the estimated availability date on the product page of our website.
